Open House and Community Baby Shower

Join us on Sunday, September 13 from 1-4 pm at the Southwest Washington Medical Center Family Birth Center for our Open House and Community Baby Shower.

Enjoy self-guided tours of our beautifully remodeled birth center, new operating room, water birth tubs and much more. Learn about car seat safety or attend one of our free mini classes and discover how Southwest is ready for you!

There’s plenty of free gifts, prizes and food — plus the opportunity to meet other moms and moms-to-be. Attendees are encouraged (but not required) to bring a new layette item for less fortunate families in our community. All gifts will go to Babies in Need, a not-for-profit organization that supports underprivileged families. Read the Babies in Need fact sheet (PDF).
