Sibling Preparation Class

Breastfeeding Basics: Getting Started

Learn about breastfeeding during the first hours and days following birth, even if you have nursed before. This class will help you get breastfeeding off to a good start. Infant CPR for Friends & Family

Stroller Strides of Vancouver Grand Opening

Infant Massage

Car Seat Safety Class & Clinic

This class focuses on the difference between your previous birth and what you might expect this time. You'll receive updates on current practices for managing pain and sibling adjustment. Your Baby, Your Time (formerly New Mom Tea)

New moms (babies too!) and pregnant women are invited to take a break from the day’s challenges, meet other new momsand enjoy tea, refreshments and education about the journey into motherhood. Wellness and Safety for Babies up to 1 Year

September 26, 7-8:30 p.m. Other dates: November 7. Southwest Washington Medical Center, Health Education Center. $20 per couple. The "Safety" portion of this class will include: Safety outside the home such as in strollers, at the playground, sun exposure, water safety, continued use of care seats and baby proofing your home. The "Wellness" portion will address "Well Baby" visits to the doctor, minor illness, introducing food and continued breastfeeding. Registration required. More information >
